What insurance does ABC accept? 

We accept the following insurances:

Anthem, UHC, Molina, Buckeye, CareSource, CareGiver Support, Medicaid, Medicare, Passport

We are a Medicare certified agency, so we are skilled to accept Ohio Medicaid as well for skilled services!

Does ABC have therapy?

We have the capability to do provide physical, occupational and speech therapy. Each case and insurance is different, please call us for further clarification.

How do I get started with services?

Call us! You will be asked some questions regarding your insurance, and this will drive exactly what services you qualify for.

How do you ensure quality and patient safety?

We continue to re-educate our field staff, and offer continuing education to ensure up to date and relevant care practices.
 

How is your pay period set up? Do you have an option for advance pay?

Pay period is weekly, Friday-Thursday and it is conducted via direct-deposit.

There is an option for advance pay (called Instant Pay) where you can receive immediate payment.
 

Can I take care of my family member through your agency?

This is something we’re open to considering and discussing in detail with you, it is on a case by case basis.
 

Do I create my own nursing schedule, or does the agency design it for me?

We tailor the schedule around your personal and professional needs and goals.
